Don't know anything about zsphere's being used for rigging myself. I'm guessing it's a new feature in zbrush 3.5. I do like using transpose in zbrush but the one problem is posing a model that's part of a larger composition (including a background or other characters) which is much more easily handled on the composition… -

I take it you sent this to EVGA only? I'm not sure the problem is with the card or the drivers EVGA has on thier site which looks like a mirror for the latest 8194 drivers from nvidia. In case they do change the drivers somehow try installing the drivers from Nvidia's site. I doubt anything will change since even the… -

Seems like you have alot of edge-loops that dont really define any shape, especially in the nose. I would recommend working in flatshaded mode to begin with because that lets you see what shapes are actually being created by the polies you are placing.
