     here is an update of the face I worked on some of the muscles around the eyes and mouth i used reference from frogs, lizards and a variety of dinosaurs

     I'm going to have to disagree with in you in that respect, I think it looks way too human, and not enough armored-insect-like-lizard-snake-monster.

     What Vrav said - plus the lizard skin/rock texture is smaller on his head, it'd be worth taking some time evening out your texture density.

     Would be interested to see the high-poly of the lizard man. What ref did you use, was it based on a Games Workshop miniature, or your own/another concept?

     EQ : the point being made is that in a not so long distant past, changes were possible at any time with really no friction. Of course even back then they were annoying to do (having to redo something is always a bummer !), but the impact was orders of magnitude less than today.      Thanks man. The turntable is just an animated GIF. Save out a turntable video from zbrush, import video into Photoshop and then save it out as a gif. Finished the lizard guy up..
