Is this just for adding detail or are you having them be created by a vehicle? Gearbox used decals for their decorative tire tracks in BL3. Though I think they modified the decals, instead of using the default. https://youtu.be/R0-ynCTdCow?t=2498 -

Well. It's more limitation of how decals are implmened in what I'm usign right now (but I can't talk about it yet). Because none material tweaking I tried helped. it's issue of how decals are blended into underlaying surface. -

great model! I think for the blue leg. If you add some gears/ detail to it. It'll help a lot. Also some decals would give it some love too. White decals might look nice. match the armor
