I am also going to buy a new card soon so I am also in the research phase. From what I have seen R9 390X performs close to GTX 980 (non Ti version) but it has 8 gigs of memory which could be useful in the future. Ti performs similar to Titan X (From what i have seen in the game benchmarks, still not sure about 3D apps).… -
