http://www.lolking.net/models/?champion=105&skin=1 Fizz is roughly 2.5 heads big. You have his head (which is already huge) One head lower you're already at his crotch and the rest is filled by his tiny legs.
day 1.5 day 2 haha thats never a bad thing =D but ahh man... i am ashamed as a warcraft player *head down in shame* this was the original concept art, so i guess im making a gron... not an ogre? O.o
How fast is this? I've been using Texture Exporter 1.5 by Mark Verkerk, and it's a great tool, but when I've had really large Photoshop files (over 1GB) it tends to take longer to save than it does just by saving a TGA copy.
Just popped it in this morning. I'm digging it. Art, combat, etc is fun. Feels like Gears 1.5. I don't like the enemy animations popping. When they go from cover to attacking there is a distinct pop. Otherwise it's pretty ace so far.
Ahh, thats much better with the collision, only have a torque license 1.5 so I didn't know about that. The future release looks promising, they have some nice dynamic lighting. back to the thread topic i guess now, oops.
I did the same art test and i failed it, but they were nice enought to tell me why, my material choice and everything were a 180 of what they wanted heres what they want hope it helps. this is what they consider a good art test:
Anybody use any external Maya tools/scripts to make life a little easier? Had a look at DR tools: http://draster.com/nex-1.5/faq.html but I wonder if anybody else has had experience with other useful packages? Cheers :)

This works cmds.polySoftEdge(a=0) so does this: def softnormals(*args): mel.eval('polySoftEdge;') but how would i define the angle? for example I thought this would work but it doesnt? the "def softnormals" is the button that is linking to QT so that line cant change: def softnormals(*args): mel.eval('polySoftEdge(a=180);')
http://www.quixel.se/forum/content.php?158-dDo-Feature-Overview/view/2 found this on their forums (drop-down box in the upper right hand corner for navigating the pages), which is pretty helpful. There are also videos at the bottom of each page. :)
