Hey everyone, Here's a little panel for Photoshop I've been working on for some time: Perspective Tools version 2. It's a complete rewrite of version 1 I mentioned on Polycount several years ago So, that's what it can do. I) Grids. - perspective grids, defined by one point or by two guides - parallel grids - hiding/showing…
I made a little trim and decal sheet, nothing crazy. I more wanted to test that they were compatible with my layered material system. I also quickly modelled a side table and a wall mounted monitor. I was given some good advice about the RGB and ID masks (ID mask can be way lower res and also the RGB masks can be lower res…
@lolpoly thanks so much! Its been quite an exercise in discipline staying focused on it for so long but I've learned so much since I started and have had a blast working on it - thanks for checking it out! Lately I've been working on some WoW inspired particles and effects in Godot, trying to keep things relatively simple…
This one is based on great concept from perzo: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&q=black+fox+dwarf#/d2pxmdv Progress so far (lowpoly with normal and occlusion in 3d max viewport, shaded with 3pointshader lite. Gonna post more including sculpt shots later): Actually my work is not new, I started long time ago,…
If a trimsheet doesn't allow for wrapping outside of 0-1, it's no longer a trim sheet and just an atlas, at least in my opinion. You can use unused space on a trimsheet as an atlas though.
As taken from my blog: It's done! That's right, after 6 months of solid labor, Desert Straggler is complete! I've got tons of pics to show, and I must say that this is by far the best thing I've done so far. Considering that I just started learning the Unreal engine about a year ago, I'm happy with how much I've learned…
You could start from a base mesh and get the body sculpting done in five days, clothing in five days, texturing in five days, and then five days for wrap up and presentation. 1 day = 8 hours of focused work. I'd consider that pretty quick pace but with your current skillset I would expect that you could output a…
Damn them some big titties. Lush improvement on the neck! Okay, so, first of all, your sternocleidomastoid is connecting to the clavical, not the sternum. They need to finish inbetween the clavicals (see above ref.) The bit that needs tlc right now is the eyes. Take this with a pinch of salt because i am TERRIBLE at paint…
Well, here's a lot of critique in no coherent flow :> The design overall doesn't feel very sharp like a PA weapon. I think you went into make the small detail like the symbols way too early until your overall shape was solid. The blade doesn't feel like a blade, and it would help you a ton to get in the habit of using…
