At GDC in SF this year I met with a client who informed me he just met prior with a chinese outsourcing studio that had some of our artwork in their portfolio. I've never had it happen before so I wasn't sure how I'd react but I found myself laughing my arse off. I mean really, how is that a viable business model?
crap, forgot to meet shotgun... I musta saw him somewhere but I have no idea who he was.. It was a blast hanging out with all of you and I'd love to do it again sometime. Unfortunately it seems like the next CA workshop is in Prauge (sp?) and thats a bit far for me to be traveling... (I went on a 2 hour drive to get to SF…

I'm not hung up! I just really like Zangief, and all his endings he's a hero. Every SF I've ever played he hates Bison and has a happy russian hero ending. Why no love for Zangief. He's so lovable and friendly :(

As has been the case the past few years, I will not be attending the GDC (both because I think it's BS to be in SF, and cause I don't care to waste a vacation day), but if anyone's around long enough to stop on by the south bay area, message me up.
Inspired by lots of things, really. We definitely all love SF though! The game, when finished, will have lots more gameplay elements to it besides the flying aspect. I'll try to do a write up later today when I get some free time.
hey SF, nice work! the cloth has a real weight to it which is great but its almost too perfect because its all large folds/wrinkles. I think if you soften some, and add additional line of tension across the the cloth you could avoid this
