my pressure pen isnt working anymore... AGAIN. The only fix i know of is re-installing CS3. But that takes too long. I use an intuos wacom 8x6 inch tablet. u guys know of any quick fixes? or should i graduate to cs5?
Just got the Wacom in the mail the other day thanks to Jesse moody and been playing around with it this is the first thing i pumped out so far :P I still need to get used to it but im having tons of fun:
Trying to get out of my slump. Really feel like making a new character but I know I shouldn't so a sword it is. I need some variety. Also found my wacom pen in the moving boxes. Yay. Concept is by Geoffrey Ernault
Thanks guys, it's also the first thing i did in a long time with a drawing tablet :) i just got a bamboo wacom lol. I think those veins were more redish in the original concept i'll try that and maybe darken them a bit.
onkarkeo, now, thats one weird ass looking game. i think i need to play that. But no, thats in 3d, the game was 2d, he painted with wacom, moved stuff similar as in ubiart, and then pressed"play". But thanks for that game tip haha. Awesome stuff
I'd like to reiterate that I've been thoroughly enjoying mine so far, perhaps more than the equally-priced Wacom equivalent that I use everyday (the cintiq has the raw processing power of my desktop, but the surface has so much portability).
i had to roll back to a previous wacom driver (6.3.11w3) to resolve my issues with pressure sensitivity. I'd updated to latest after moving to windows 10 and the issues were unbearable. rolling back to these drivers fixed everything. your mileage may vary.
If you do manage to find someone to make it could you please try and press for the pie menus? It would be great on the intous 3 with the 4 buttons on each side mapped to shift, ctrl, alt and then pie menu! The current Wacom menu is ok but not great.
your textures aren't that bad man. Just keep practicing everyday. Im never in love with own work but Ill just keep practicing. Also have you tried using a wacom. I only asked because it helps alot with the 2D stuff.
I was playing with a 3d paint program and my 4 yr old want to have a go at this. I asked him if he wanted me to show you guys and he said yes. Here goes guys. He didn't use the wacom on this one.
