They seem to look suitably bright in-game - the above is either renders (two last wagon pictures) or maya viewport screenshots (the rest), which doesn't adequately portrait the lighting that will be used. Still, will ensure they aren't too dark, thanks for the feedback :)
I think I just drew for 20 hours straight. Anyway, woohoo for no work today. 20 more hours of details and refining. I put magpies in my picture. Portrait crop of my Ahri. And wala, the finish product!
yes, different, and total lack of the lovely 2d-art that was in all the old d&d games , aswell as nwn, portraits and stuff. I must say, I'm having fun with the editor, and good things can be done, with the right hands.
on psp, landscape aspect rectangles are better than portrait aspect. Fits into the texture cache better. Also, the trick of halving your hi-res square textures down to rectangles rather than quatering them to a smaller square is a beauty

The portrait view would look better if you gave the hair a bit more height. I really like how it looks in game. It's clean and pretty. We're allowed to add bones to the skeleton, but they have to be rooted to one of the joints in the existing skeleton. If the hair's movement is unnatural, you might want to consider it.
@Brian"Panda"Choi: I was able to use the planar model for part of my class, thanks for the suggestion. @DireWolf: Thanks! these are not my first sculpts however, just the first for a class. Haven't updated in a while, here's what I'm working on right now. It's a portrait of John Dillinger. WIP SCulpt: Reference:
OK puck is strangest one! The head is like one 10th of the wing but has double of texture size. OK we can say that head is seen in portrait and needs a good texture space but wing's texture space is just too low!(128*256) then the tail has again double of wing...
**Makkon you making me blush** Ok, next piece continuing the Gypsian theme/collection! I'm trying to give further step from the "plain portrait" stuff I usually do :) HD: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/rebeca-the-gypsian
Yeah I'm a pretty okay artist(been drawing since i can remember, just started practicing seriously with bodies though(Because i used to draw Portraits most of the time),I read on benmathis's modeling page how 2d skills are important as well. Anyway thanks for the input man.
