pixel snap is on a flyout button under the vertex snap button and yes - you'll need a texture assigned to use it. -

Touch buttons really wouldn't work. I like the idea for the screen like that but you have to have actual buttons. -

@PsychicFreak - Sorry to say that there is no button! The reason for this is that custom painting will soon be more integrated in Dynamask, thus eliminating the reason for a button :) -
