Two or three things jump at me. One is the anatomy of her thighs; its proportion and form. The skull mask doesn't look as nice after the baking. What animal skull is it, btw ? The hat doesn't read as good. Is it made of latex ? And lastly the pose. I can't think of when or why would someone wield a scythe like that.
that face doesnt really look connected to the skull beneath it, check your head shape by overlaying a skull in the side view and front view. He seems like someone in his early 20s in the cartoon, if you could use that actor as reference but seriously make him seem younger and more fun looking perhaps that would work.
If this will be screwed up I will: 1. Burn heretics who dared to screw it. 2. Rip their brains and put skulls to my skull thorne. 3. Burn them in eternal flames of Tezeenth Sorry, I'm warhammer fanboy and nerd in single person. I'm taking warhammer seriously ;p. A side note they are using Pikkoserver from Muchdiffrent.
I think the proportions are wrong on the head , the eyes are too high up as if her skull ends at her hairline ... its definatly a start tho ... and the advise about reference should be taken note of ... The Blue line shows roughly where the skull should be ending ... as you can see the eyeline is more or less in the…
Love all your sketches. With your low poly skull there i would look out for how much detail you have packed inside the eyes. You might be able to get away with ripping out the last 3 rings and using those polys to round out the top of of the skull and maybe some on the cheeks.

OK so I kept the skull but tried to make it look better P: On the low poly model, I removed some tris from blades and the bone so I could add geometry for the skull. ZBrush: 3ds Max: And the in-game shot: Thanks a lot for all the feedbacks! Any CnC are welcome ^^ On the Workshop:…
That skull doesn't look interesting. It needs more interesting forms and definitions. My distant read of the skull is that it's just this turbsmoothed mesh. Descent design with the upper torso armor. The dress wrinkles are mushy looking. They don't look realistici or stylistically clear. I recommend using Marvelous…
They are independantly developed, but some freedom was sacrificed with publishing deals, which is one of the big things you avoid with independant games. They're indie, but it would be a lie to say that their contracts with microsoft weren't in any way limiting. A bit like the recent issue surrounding the skull of the…
