uhm, first off, correct that uv map size, it need to be of a power of 2, so either go for 128, or 256. -

Low poly done; I know the polycount is high for an object like this. Normally it would have a 256 texture and maybe like 500 tris but this is just hardsurface practise for me :) Fixing the bake tonight -

I have the GTX 660 ti. Same amount of cores just it has one less bus or some thing. 194 bit as as opposed to 256 bit. any test you want to run on it? -

Oops! Yeah 4X is what I meant not the 8X I mentioned earlier. You want to down sample 4 pixels into 1 pixel, so a 256 result would require a 1024 bake. -
