You have to "enable per poly collision" on the mesh editor and that should work.

Add geometry manually. if you use connect with edge flow enabled it should be fairly minimal effort

Drawing a spline with all 90degree corners, filleting them, and enabling geo in viewport is probably the quickest way.

Try this on your glass material: disable "Enable Separate Translucency" change the "Translucency Lighting Mode" to TLM_Surface
