Still have this, but it seems to work randomly. I'm using 2018. I opened a bug, there seems to be a problem with the dialogue box. I doubt it will ever get fixed however. Max is the only software I've encountered that did this.

Started on the feet after getting zBrush 2018 set up and I'm really enjoying sculptris pro. Currently I'm using the sculpt guides in Anatomy for Sculptors by Zarins Uldis and Kondrats Sandis as my main reference.

Thank you Mark, for this complete answer, I want to try the Voice O-Matic. I've seen on their page that it exists from Maya 7 to 2015. Do you think I can use it for Maya 2018?
Just a heads up, in Substance Designer 2018 + you now specify the tessellation through the material definition: Materials>Default>Definitions>Physically_Metallic_Roughness>Tessellation Once you do this, the Tessellation Factor parameter will show up when you edit the default material.

Thanks a bunch :D It's going very well so far! Also, there is a bug with 0.17 that was quite critical, that made some properties not show up. I submitted 0.18 that fixed the issue, last friday, but Unity is still verifying it. Taking rather long!
