The line that runs on top of the spine doesn't indent that far in. Also, don't use that matcap you're using. Use someting neutral like a gray clay. The matcap right now, like red wax, mis-accentuates certain pinches and valleys.
ya got any pics of the reference? it'll make it easier for us to know what were lookin at. For the most part everything looks pretty decent. Some pinching and wonky areas that i see in the middle bottom circle. Keep it up!
I like it so far. I think the folds from the back look a little off though. The ones coming from the butt area. Right now you have it pinched up and I think that gives it a false indication of tension.
I think you might need to take the pelt seem all the way down the middle. Or separate the part that is pinched right now, and stamp it down by itself. Then try using the relax tool. It seems poly heavy. What is this going to be used for ?
Well, what I mean (and that depends on what you, the artist wants with the final product) is that it looks fine, but there a couple of issues I cannot shake because I'm anal like that so take what I say with a little bit of salt ;P /Rant Part/ Her chest-piece is really going to hurt, since it looks like it's 'digging' into…
The cloth folds should be a lot tighter / crisper towards the corners, where they are getting pinched, and a lot thicker and softer towards the middle, where the weight of the cloth would be. Try varying your brush size/hardness, and making sure you use less opacity when painting the folds toward the middle of the cloth.
If you want to use ZBrush, then you could do it by using the pinch brush in combination with the standard brush f.e. Otherwise you could draw an alpha map (height map) in PS and drag it onto the surface in ZBRUSh. Or you just use the painted height map for converting it into a normal map (with ndo2 f.e).
Taking time to model/texture the eyes is very important as they can be the difference in the render. Even if you can't see all the detail in the render, it's there, and almost imperceivably adds to the image. Test render in Keyshot Creating the eye geo as a polysphere rather than a polar-sphere avoids pinching artifacts…
Whenever there is a change in direction of the loop flow you'll get those stars. Check below the eye and near the cheek www.kuukahvila.com/gallery/albums/userpics/Face_mesh_002.jpg On your arm, try and have that star occur more toward the body. I'm afraid you'll get some pinching when you animate it.
I did a bunch of vids a while back for my fountain...maybe they would help a little? http://vimeo.com/album/209796 I just used supporting loops and when it pinched, i just used the smooth/smooth stronger brushes to sort it out, and then re-sculpted over the top. Hope that helps!
