      subscribe to gamedeveloper magazine - they do yearly survey of all agmedev related jobs, art included. Also maybe they have that for free... dunno, u can check on google for their surveys.

      Started drafting my spectre set. Will probably include a mini scythe or a chakram for a weapon. I really like the idea of a thin slit in the hood but how will she see? D:

      Looks like her face is concave including eye slant . Why don't you do few skull studies and come back to her with fresh eyes and new knowledge

      if can i actually prefer hereoes include front, side, back view with around 4000 x 3000 pixels because it is easier to draw detail for head part XD

      Indeed in the vetex paint window it seems ot include lots of those features in the plugin but how do I do to mass change that color from a gray to a colored one?

      Oh okay, but then which .obj do you mean? The valve files only include fbx, smd and some maya files? Real sorry but i don't understand haha

      I don't know if that's what you want, but you could include those two layers inside a layer group that has its' own mask besides their individual ones.
