Yeah, the last episode was great some minor things like the van aside. All the throwbacks to the old episodes and even other TV shows was great, and even the story itself that presented itself throughout the episode was good.
Ugh, no more of these movies. Granted I'd prefer to see Cube in it over Vin. I think Vin sucks and is nothing more that a throwback to the action stars of the 80's early 90's. No acting skill, just muscle :/
It's a throwback to PSO, when the series was actually good! It's like an mmo in your pocket! The red boxes! The red boxes! oooooooh! http://www.sega.com/ps0/ Who's getting it?
Bah, looks amazing! Hope theres some nice animation tech/features ironed out ;) Now I have to go back to a throwback engine that even UE2 would probably laugh at, sigh.
I noticed this article on the BBC News website and thought it would be a good read. Check it out, it kind feels like it's a throwback to when an individual programmer could sit in his room and make a new phenom game etc etc. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-10937388
I live in the states, but I'm SO happy to hear about this!! The censorship that was going on was out of control. I didn't even have to deal with it directly, and it was enraging. Happy for you guys. I'll raise a Pepsi throwback in celebration.
Hey everyone, Short intro: I'm currently a student in The Netherlands. I also have a job as concept artist in the game industry and I'm working hard everyday! Been having a foundations throwback mood lately, doing a lot of studies and construction drawings. Cheers! Gerben http://drawingmoose.com
Welcome aboard! It's fantastic to see another animator here! Loving the progress on elephant so far, the throwback to dumbo is great! I agree with the earlier post that in game it feels a bit large, but thats nothing to worry about, valve rescales all the couriers to their own requirements if they feel the need to.
I like this, but I feel there should be more throwbacks to Skeletor's old design, like crossed bones on his chest, or a hood. As it stands, it doesn't feel like a redesign so much as just another character with a skull for a head.
You probably shouldn't bill him for the hours it took to fix unless it was made clear from the beginning that this would be a learning experience for you with the potential of throwbacks. Also depends on how much you value a good future relationship with this client.
