ya, as a former reef tank ownere i thik you realy need to crank the colors on your corals, reefs are known for vibrant colors and now the wholse seen seems muted, its as iff its viewed by someone under water with no swim mask, -

No, but the stock wing animations are cool, and there are other cool animations with the wings like the idle animations. Wings that are going to be static will be boring. You can use the biplane design, but it would be better if you make it to fit the stock animations, or animate it yourself, instead of leaving it static. -

Hmm, it looks good, you could try using more of a purple red though. And yeah, the dark area looks like a caved in skull at the moment. Maybe once you colour his teeth itll help to break the green up too, idk -

Open up the help PDF and search for "normals". I have an older v2.5 copy of BP3D, there is some info about the Normal tag in the Object Mgr. Not sure how you edit them, except the Phong material has some kind of Smoothing control. -

~ $20 CAD/hour is what I'm seeing for a painter in Canada, however it seems high (at least to me) for a 3d model that took me 19 hours. That would put this model at about 400 CAD. idk to me it seems a little high. Thanks for the insight though! -

Woo! Got this finished in time for the challenge then went back to make a small idle animation so that the fire wasn't the only thing moving. @Felixenfeu Thanks for your comment! You are totally right, reference is essential for learning and using 3d scans for learning purposes sounds like a great idee, have been using them to study body muscles but not for face anatomy yet, have to try that :)
