Practicing my handpainted stuff as well. texture's 512, could it be lower? maybe. I'l have to look at resizing it properly somehow. tricount is about the same. maybe a bit more. didn't really look. really just here to paint it.
Large Version ~425 tris, 1x 512 (Should have resized it to 256) Not too happy with this, not quite what I had first envisioned, so not too much effort put into it. But atleast it's recognizeable. I plan on making more Pok
ixumanu, nice work! I love the theme park stuff (I'm a big RollerCoaster Tycoon fan..hell, I just love theme parks in general), but a 512 texture seems a bit overkill. Are they seen up close in game or something?
Practice? Holy crap, that's insane. I wish I could "practice" just like you. :D That 512 texture is really giving a lot of depth to it. I like the most the glass highlights. Saved in my personal low-poly art folder. :D
Wow I was blown away with how little detail was lost by breaking it down to a 512! Heres a render of three different sizes. Sadly I dont think the 256 will be a high enough resolution for what they will be using her for. Thank you guys so much for the help!
It's split into 5 different texture maps. The maximum I went for is 1k for the platform. The rest is 512 for trees, dead tree+mushrooms and stones. 256 for the alpha planes. I'm polishing all the visuals right now so you can expect something like this: for everything :)

hi guys, I haven´t done much stuff to fit in this thread, but now I have one. Today I gonna start the texturing. Difuse only, 512² or 256², not sure yet. Please let me know if there is some major issue on my model. :\
This is my first complete character, done entirely in blender (hence the circle brush used everywhere in the texture).
