Hi polycount, glad to be a part of you. This is my first post so i would like to share some work i did. Give me feedback if you can :poly142: First two are in udk, rest is in cry engine.
The project created by David Bastien-Robert, Patrick Chamberland and myself Samuel Gauthier. We are student at Centre NAD, 4th semester. The entire scene is running in real-time on Unreal Engine 3 (UDK) Video: https://vimeo.com/93441834
+1 that sounds interesting :poly142: which rendering engine are you using? looks like marmoset? didn´t know that there is a fuzz map channel there! edit: I see, Microfiber ("Fuzz") Diffusion, marmoset tb 2 very nice!
There's some very nice stuff here!, I really like your character PyrZern, very nice metallic details. I've been in some serious need for portfolio content as I'm not really showing the true extent of my skills, so I've been creating one of the first jet engines used within an airplane, Frank Whittles Welland Jet engine.…
Nice lookin mechazilla there so far lazerus :) Working on a 68' charger ratrod for a personal UE4 animation project. I'll dent it up and rust it out a bit when I finish the clean version. Today I'll be doing the engine compartment.
Haven't posted in awhile been busy but here is a personal project I am working on. This was all textured in Substance Painter and punt into Unreal Engine. Still need some detail work and decals along with some lighting and post process to finish.
JohnnyRampant: Awesome! Loving the anatomy engine: He looks creepy but kinda cute at the same time, love it! stefan: Looks great! Though the metal texture is a bit too much for me. Crossposting from my thread, give it a look, link is in my sig
i have been working on a scene for school. the original concept of the house was provided by the school, and i build everything around it.everything in this scene is hand painted and this is been render inside Cry engine. there is still more work to be done and hopefully i can finish soon!>
Totally finished with this Earth material in UE4. Really happy with how the atmospheric scattering/glow turned out. All done using gradients mapped along the directional light vector. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOYy1T-U_kQ"]Unreal Engine 4 Earth Material[/ame]
tsmith3d: incredible landscape work! I want to know more about how you are doing your clouds/fog/mist, I've never seen anyone make something like that in any engine, which are so close to the player and even block sunlight. Your landscapes and textures are just superb.
