Its just a Zbrush polypaint; only a color map is applied onto a material, no bakes have been spplied whatsoever. He just sculpted the model and painted directly over it :)
yes valve can see hidden items, My clockwerk cog was hidden since it had no real promotional material and was a last addition when they were working on getting it ingame

Need to have 2 copies of the items at models/heroes + models/items textures are materials/models/heroes + materials/models/items if you extracted the root folder thinking it will work like that it will not you have to extract folder by folder as tedious as it may be, and your extracting dota 2 beta content into dota 2 test…

Hey when importing silencer i noticed he's using his old materials and his Shield/Glaive are positioned at his feet. Is that a bug/outdated file or are his offhands suppose to be positioned like that?
