I tried my hand in an OD set once, it's really hard to fit a larger piece than the original in that 256 px sheet without it looking too low res. Good luck with that, anyway.
Ceedric and I were hard at work on this Pugna set. Last night he uploaded the sculpt and forgot to update here. Let us know what you think as we are moving a long to the next stages.
That's awesome! I need to come up with a hair for my set too. The only critique I have is make her braid bigger, it's a bit hard to see in game. Her default one is very thick.
@Kendisan: hard to tell what's wrong by looking at that screenshot. :( Christian Schob and me finished another DOTA set. Would be nice, if you guys support it in the workshop. http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=609601071
Here is a WIP of the sculpt for a Riki set im doing with Kyle Cornelius and a hard surface high poly for 1 of the daggers that i made in max, with some basic colored material nonsense thrown on there for shits and giggles.

I was asking about the hard edge/soft edge thing because reading Lenny's tutorial…
you have the easy and the hard way the easy you already said, make it stiff as the other, noone will see it or know it unless you post a video or you can learn how to compile with programs like the guistudioMDL and create your custom bone with cloth. if i may sugest, finish your model, then you try to do a custom compile,…
There's nothing wrong with promoting your work here unless nobody spends the time to answer a question you ask (which is not an issue here, i believe). It's hard to create good stuff and people want to get attention, that simple.
