I think a problem you're facing is that the wings look too organic. OD is literally half-rock, and those look like leather or skin. Also, some of the colors don't match up completely (the helm for example).
probably should've just started a thread but... Got a quick edit just to check a bit more. Silhouette is pretty close I think. Main issue is that it being a face almost make it look like new character.
I request the help of anyone who's imported a Windrunner cape or something similar? I'm looking for the solution to the problem of double-sided faces; I've currently got a Sniper cape and it's only showing me one side :(
In other news, my Drow shoulder replacement is progressing gradually... What sort of details or design should i add to the cloth? i got a bit of wiggle room in my polycount so far. 424 faces.
hi guys :) does anyone have faced this issue before? where Valve asked you to resubmit your items , because they're missing the manifest file which they need to import your work and test in game.

@Motenai Oh man, those tentacles are just absolutely sick. Beautiful set! Just not that keen on the bracers. They look amazing, but Dark Seer is all about punching your face with bare hands. Some updates on the Abaddon helm!
@Hudston - The texture res looks a tad low from that screen, but the concept is sooooo cute! @Helenek - I guess Valve decided the ixmike face was just a step too far? He is kinda huge though (as is the nexon one).
I was already only baking one half of the mesh, sorry I didn't say that in my initial post. I figured out what's wrong but have no idea how to fix it. The blue channel is supposed to be the top->down channel, not the left to right channel. Somehow my xyz axis got mixed around and xnormal thinks the back of the shoulders is…
I really love that face man... but the rest of the items just don't have the same fidelity and even the same style as the face. There are some great textural elements on the face ( like the value split in the skin and the wrinkles and bumps.} The armour pieces and weapon look like they were done by a different person..…
