Getting a ton of DataBase errors
Mostly when I try to access anything on the steam-powered website. And more disturbingly a ticket I created for technical support is a 404 error when I try to view the page I feel like the world is conspiring against me or something help? -

Hi Substance staff! I had a question regarding texture/user preset outputs. I would like to pack these textures into this format: Metallic (R) Occlusion (B) Flat 0.04 rgb 10,10,10 value (G) Roughness/Glossiness (A) This would be a TGA. Is this possible? How would I go about doing this? -

WoW is also a really old game, they started development in 1999 and it released in 2004. Sure they've done some things to upgrade the game since then but like WarrenM pointed out they want as many people playing on whatever kind of hardware they have. They also have potential for a lot of characters on screen at one time. -

Just leave your specular texture empty and set the slider to 0.028 (in toolbag), in UE4 you'll need to put a constant with a value of roughly 0.3 into the "specular" slot. The specular slot in UE4 has a default value of 0.04 when nothing is plugged in, then switches to 0.08 when something is plugged in... 0.08 * 0.3 = 0.024 -

thats just silly. Really, how is anybody suppose to keep track of 70 000 + sites? How could they be sure all of the sites were being used to distribute music and movies? That just doesnt make sense to me -
