The Beast - Icy Dragon...ish
Hello, everyone! I'm going to do a japanese dragon inspired character. It won't be The Beast in the "brutal animalistic thing" kinda way. I prefer beautiful and sophisticated characters more. Here is the general direction and the head draft. Have fun everyone and good luck! -
My environments
Hi. I have few environments that I worked on and thought it would be fun to post it here. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. This environment was inspired by Japanese woodblock prints of white bird with white,grey,blue background. I'll post some more work in a bit. -

No Metro 2033 on best graphics? Really? Why? That game fucking crushes anything else on that list visually, heck it's not even mentioned in any category. That's pretty retarded, but expected. Oh well, may the best western/japanese game win. -

They had passion, they had inspiration, they had talent, they had one of the best japaneses RPG on the market on their back. THEY HAD to do something good! They were doing FINAL FANTASY for god sakes. I like Chrono Cross more tho ;) -

the only thing I don't care for is the face. It has that common japanese cute/innocent quality that I never found fitting with the character, who lets remember, owned a bar and worked for a terrorist group. But it's a style choice, I get it. -

I just started using Livemocha last night for Japanese. I've never used Rosetta stone, but Livemocha is doing a great job so far and it's free. I found out about it through the free apps sticky here. -
