Hey dude, it's been a while but I found this, maybe this can help you fixing the problem? :) [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kLT61R8eTA&list=UU48M6o6CniSI1W4XIsjIPmw&index=60"]Creating a custom vehicle and script in Cryengine 3 SDK Part 1 - YouTube[/ame]
I do have a question, about the escond 50 to 60 or something like that you use some noise as dirt in the camera, how did you do it? render to camera and specular? Some postprocess and then a material? Very nice video, keep up the good work!
4 out of the original 60, only 20 of which actually graduated from my year. Including myself, altho 2 of us came from modding backgrounds, the majority of peeps had no idea or interest tbh, just thought playing games = games job.
I wanted to make this on Cardboard, so here is how it looks so far. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1CRJopm1vk The video is a bit laggy, but the demo runs at a pretty descent FPS (>60). Due to the very limitations of the device, I'm baking most of the lighting in Blender.
Actually, I never got more than 17% into the game (as it is, I only have about 10 games...I'm very particular about the art direction) So if I don't get my #60 out of it now...I may as well toss it...lol.
got the same problem. Once the initial challenge is mastered personal projects hover at 60 - 80% completed. I have yet to convince myself that actually finishing is the greatest challenge of them all. It's a far greater challenge than anything artistic or technical. It's all in the mind...
Moar figure studies. I feel like 60-90 second gestures force me to rush too much and gloss over the form, so this time I just loaded up some poses and took my sweet time studying the pose and forms.
Makes me wonder if the games industry will become unionized due to bad management. For the most part, as an industry we're expected to work 60+ hours a week, with zero compensation, and considered to be HIGHLY replaceable. :S Luckily there are still a few companies out there that don't expect overtime.
Motorcycles are great if you are gas conscious. I have a vehicle that can smoke any sports car on the road, 0-60 in 2.6 seconds, and I still get 40 mpg. Higher on the highways. It costs me seven USD to fill up on premium unleaded.
What can I say, man, Chrysler in the 60's and 70's... ... and the best part is, when I roll this bad boy up next to some ricer in a day-glo pink import, I can brag my car came this color stock.
