The old pillar tutorial is pretty good, its pretty straight forward when he gets to the sculpting. Most of it is "and then I'm going to do some detail like this" then you watch him futz with it for 20-30sec. There might be more specific tutorials out there, but really I think people who make great cliff faces and rocks in… -

Got it. The thing is being delivered to my apartment tomorrow afternoon. I spent an hour talking with the guys at the shop and the consensus was if I'm building a workstation, go for the efficient processor, not the powerhouse. Of course some will disagree, but I'm building PS2 type game content. This is all I need.… -

next gen or current gen? If you want swanking looking normal mappd trees then make a leaf in 3d say 500 polys should do fine. Then clone it 3-4 times and find a nice leafy texture modify it so you have 3-4 sligtly diffrent textures to give the look of them beening real and drop it on them. Sweet. Anyone used to play Quadnet? Used to be addicted to it! A friend and I even made a game like it when we discovered that it wouldn't run on XP. This is like 50x better! It's better than crack!
