Thanks for your comment Pixelpatron Yep concept was redesigned also as this is a project for uni we are allowed to changed the model and use our own creativity as far as our lecturer agrees.
Thanks @pixelpatron I totally agree with the room being squished and im going to be working on the lighting on the tubes soon :) Thanks for the feedback I'll go ahead and start making those changes :)
As Pixelpatron said, my biggest critique so far is the wood grain is always going the wrong way on your props. Also, the silhouette of the chair shows that it needs more polys.
@PixelMasher: Yeah thats the look im going for except i have a picture my gf drew that has my name and hers in a blood splatter shaped heart and I was going to make the blood look realistic and put it on it only for the portfolio piece when it gets good enough @SaferDan: It is tiling it wasnt the UV's i accidentally just…
@pixelpatron : No problem! I just dynamesh it at a reasonable resolution and work from there. The brick above was about 700k polys. But with this method of masking and moving, you will get stretching. So at that point feel free to dynamesh again. @atomander : Thanks, no problemo. Here's a link to the project on Epic's…

I did orginially plan to…

This is a gaming laptop that can run crysis just fine :( - The large white dot in the middle of the…
Holiday work hours kept me away from my art but now I'm back and refocused. Getting away from my current job is my biggest motivating factor. Pixelpatron: Fixed some symmetry issues as well as add more details. At first I was planning to mirror the textures over and add props to break symmetry to save texture space, but…
I love it here in Vancouver. There's only a couple of other places I can imagine I would want to live. The problem is the price. The cost of living is pretty ridiculous. Housing in particular. I've been looking for housing lately and it's expensive. I don't have a very high paying job, and for me and a roommate we're…
