In what pose did you originally model? Arms completely down? If so, then lifting them 90° will cause quite a bit of deforming, no matter what. A 45° original pose is a lot better for most purposes. Oh and probably even more important, it doesn't look like you are using weighted vertex skinning... is that a limit of the… -

the hand needs some tweeking all round i think, those bones in english are Ulna and Radius. Im really unsure of what direction the hand should be pointing for rigging. if you lift your arms up generaly your palms point up and forwards at about 45 degrees, but for rigging this isnt a perfect angle to have then at. any… -

I tried turning my brain off, as I do for most movies of this type, but that only lasted so long, imo the movie was about 45 minutes too long. Splosions were awesome, dinobots were awesome. Story, acting, dialogue (things I rarely notice/care about) were just bad. Absolutely one I should have waited to rent. -

I would say the legs could use more of an angular cut up the hips, not straight across the upper thigh. Also, consider modeling him with his arms 45 degrees bent from his body, not 90 out from his sides. Also try to model the fingers slightly curled, and the palms down as that is how the character may be 90 percent of the… -

So far so good. I'm actually really surprised and pleased at the results!! With just a little handpainting in photoshop and some smart UVs..
