little update on the mech. I did some test with the head, first time trying to do a normal with a model made of different parts, wasn't sure how it would look like, still a few fixes to do. Head at 438 triangles so far I keep training with Zbrush but I'm still learning the tool slowly, this time tried dynamesh sculpting.… -
Re: Is it possible to show vert count in Maya the same way Unreal does?
In the MEL line, type "polyEvaluate -v" this will get you the vert count. Replace -v with -uv and now you get the UV count. I made a sphere in maya then I typed these while the sphere is selected: "polyEvaluate -v" resulted in 382 "polyEvaluate -uv" resulted in 439… -

Yeah I'm already familiar with the script. I used it on the red tree.
