Talbot, that's a sweet ride. I wish I still had time to mountain bike. Bought a Rocky Mountain Hammer (Steel hardtail) a few years ago, but only really get to use it as an expensive commuter bike due to lack of time.
(alternate thread titles: tapirs of war, tapir-strike, call of duty modern tapir, tapirzone...and so on) inspired by the splash damage april fools joke, here's a space marine style tapir. work in progress concept still hammering stuff out
I'd look into adding a bit of Sub Surface Scattering or Parallax effects to the orb to give it more depth. Is that grip supposed to be wood or leather? Warcraft artists tend to really hammer in the idea that materials need to be VERY obvious about what they are.
Day 38 Hammer Well its been awhile. Took a nice long break and got a new computer! Everything is running so fast. Its amazing. Anyway, I finally got around to making something real quick.
I'm trying to keep it low poly but not necessarily low poly. Ill prob end up doing a hp bake then lp. The 92FS is a real gun, the pin and hammer are slightly different then other versions but nothing to radical. Thanks for the feedback!
update : I modified a texture from a hammer I made for Omni knight due to the fact of his color schem change (and me not liking the old one that much) . workshop link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=203064673
I really need to play with this program more, I bought it like a year ago with the whole future upgrade thing. Just have not found the time to actually sit down and hammer away at it...... Really awesome work so far!
Her proportions seem a little off as well, but yes hammer your anatomy. You need to really go over the human anatomy with a fine tooth comb. Learn everything you can about anatomy. Then take another run at it.
@Chillydog12345 & @ExcessiveZero - fantastic film! Full of inspiration. Altered the sound system, dropped the liquid (it was meant to be plastic :\ ) sheet, took out the hammer and sickle, pushed the banners into the background, put images on the monitors, other stuff (probably). Any better?
Using a net will only lead to you pulling a muscle either Go at there knees with a sledge hammer or crash there skull with a brick then drag the body to your destination of choice. I recently came down off my Robot unicorn addiction.
