Yah go used for the GPU. Skip SSD for now, you can add one later. Get 2x4GB rather than 1x8 so it can run in dual channel. The 730 is really not a good card, barely better than onboard intel graphics (40% faster than the 4400 onboard gpu with the I3). I would try to swing for the 750, or a 560 Ti. Again look used.
