     So, what's the catch, if any? Looks like it's associated with Amazon Web Services and Twitch though I can't say (cuz I don't yet know) whether that's a good thing or not? I'll download and have a poke around. :)

     For the death animation, it looks a bit like he's just lying down. I'd suggest you have him jump up a bit, turn and land on his back with the legs twitching so it's 100% clear what's happening. ^^

     If it's a lot slower than Quake2, that's unfortuneate. I don't care if it's slower than Q3 though. I don't get enjoyment from those super twitch shooters. As long as it carries the same pace of Doom3 or quicker, that'd be great by me.

     Rooster> I would probably do the same. With this method you want to be careful with what you are doing with the hand bone. A slight twitch or unwanted rotation will be very apparent on the axe, especially at the end of it, as it is parented to the hand and follows its every motion.
