as far as I can work out the US has decided.... 1 and 2: It doesn't matter - robot work cannot be copyrighted. Can you create derivative work from something a robot did and own the copyright? yes, you can it's not AI, it's a complicated filter. if we stop calling it AI we'll stop attributing human characteristics to it and…
I think the implied story is that this was a real person who has been downloaded into a robot and therefore he believes he is alive and breathes etc, thats why he looks so mortified to see his own hands being robot hands etc.
I would add some: 1. Audi TT models. These were really popular a few years ago as the basic shape was easily replicated with few tools, making it a perfect "tutorial" car. 2. Any model made popular by tutorials for that matter, vehicle or not. 3. Desert Eagle or any popular weapon type including random looking sci-fi…
Oh man!! That was awesomely funny. Robots? Stealing money? What are you gonna do with all that money silly robot? And he goes through like a million security checks and once he's inside, the kids just show up. Child labor? Nah, they are interns!!
saw this yesterday, awesome stuff.. looks similar to one of the characters for that personal game idea stuff he did a while back. one thing though, what teams it for? the robots aren't supposed to have human elements and the humans arent supposed to have robot elements..
First thought was transformers but thats far too obvious seeing as they do turn into giant robots, so Im guessing something without giant robots but with machines... Argh... Terminator 3? I know its wrong but thats all my brain is offering atm.
yeah i have a lot of work with the lighting soon... with all those possible lightsources there. also i would like to have some dynamic shadows for physicobjects and the enemies. The robot have some realy dark color. maybe thats why the robot is so dark.
Bal that robot is awesome!! I would very much like to see a little more work on the metal tho. right now there is not too much difference from the robot or the sidewalk. I think the metal would look a lot more convincing with a stronger specular, and a bit of reflection

Awesome site btw. I drew in anime style alot, but anantomy is always a fundemental to drawing characters. Even if you want to do robots, you would need to understand how it functions and stuff. Really humans are just robots with soft surface that eventually rots away.
