Hi guys, After searching for a new wallpaper, came across a slighty larger resolution image (2560x1440) of the concept, Ive attached it below in case anyone else needs it. (http://images5.alphacoders.com/313/313429.jpg)
Alex for a game-ready low poly grenade you can spend about 200-300 polygons. So the inside does not need modeling in general. Can you try to make this less than 500 polygons?
His belt is basically right on top of his bellybutton, pirates (or everybody, really) dressed a lot different 300 years ago. Also his pants are supposed to be pretty loose and baggy... Maybe that's what's throwing it off?
red? he looks like a basketball player. Also, when I think of boysoldir, i think of this: http://www.pambazuka.org/images/articles/304/41428.jpg This guy looks like he's funded by Adidas. lol
Next gen weapons will be around 25-30k, atleast that is what they use in the first batch of FPS coming up now. Looks nice to me Now you use a lighter material, but also a lighter background lol ; )
I would say £350 per day if you are off location plus £20 dinner charge plus travel and hotel around £100 per night. Working from home £220-300 per day
Hmm, I think that's going to be a tough sell when you're up against Vertex. The past two have been free yearly releases and 300 pages each from really really really awesome artists.
yes. Salaries in the UK don't start at 30k, it's more like 18-22k for an entry level position. Top whack for ADs can be whatever, but i've never met a non-director artist on more than 50k.
for the psu go with corsair or pc power&cooling. It might be tempting to get a 1000w noname psu but most computers only draw like 250-300 or so. its the efficiency & quality of the power being served that counts
$301 Epic takes $99 upfront, also the 25% on all above $5000 is not per title, it's for after the $5000 you earn as a company, after that all games you make on UDK will be 25% from the first sale.
