ty, ingame model, for hl2 i geuss, its only 1288 polys so far, and seeing how hl2 handles 5000+ easily, ill prolly reach something like 4000-5000 -

made some adjustments, and optimised he was at around 5000, now he's down to 3974 tri's. I will try to get to uv mapping today. Looking at it now, the feet might be a tad too big. Teeth in his mouth and teeth on his blade will be alpha'd. -
