Your biggest mistakes here are: A. Considering money paid on a mortgage as a loss. All money paid renting is a net loss, money paid to a mortgage is only a loss if you take a net loss on the sale of your house. B. Assuming the value of your house will not rise in 30 years. The old adage was that your property value will…
Don't forget the music. 65DaysofStatic are now confirmed to be doing the entire soundtrack. They've guaranteeed my purchase money with that announcement, even if this turns out to be an aimless walking simulator (which might be ok in itself). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlLvCLP2h84&feature=youtu.be&t=2h12m18s
hello polycount users, I'm the admin of hyumanoido.de and I've been getting a lot of clicks from this forum (over 650 to date) directing to the once uploaded GTA SA tree pictures I posted but meanwhile deleted. Oh and photos of my 3D print since I was finally able to give away the original: It came out pretty well for my first try, I think? I ended up settling for a 65mm height and I think most of the detail wasn't completely destroyed.
Cheers Wester! It's a huge boost to hear that :) Thanks I've been going back and forth on texturing. I'm finally at the point when I'm saying no. Originally, this was meant to be an exercise in modeling and stretching my skills a bit. I was also hoping to take on a huge project, so I'd get into the habit of modeling every…
