Its a basic entry level tech job, so its not something i'd recommend as a career choice. You're probally better off sticking with tech support and stupid people Honestly, I make $2000 a month before taxes. Thats only $24k a year. Luckily my wife works and we have no kids or insane expenses. But its better than most other…
Agreed with Tits about the shrinking the head. The body is usually 2.5-3 heads wide and this is looking more like 2. Fixing that would also make the hands look more in proportion cuz they're tiny right now. And personally, I would lose all the pores on the face, its bordering on the uncanny valley.
Broadband quality isn't really consistent in the US and it sucks compared to the rest of the world. In 7 years I think my DSL speed has increased maybe 2.5 - 3 times in speed and I pay about $50 a month for it. 10 years ago 56k was as fast as you can get in my area.
bounchfx thx for the crits and advices. I needed them as well:) When I competed with others students and I didnt won even though I spent 24h to paint a warrior god. I felt that I need to become better than this. So what do I need to improve? Need help:)
Urk... I used a Medion once, it took half a minute of pressing the pen on the tablet to make the thing adjust its pressure sensitivity correctly and disabling the auto-adjust didn't work. Usually Aldi does everything well but that tablet sucked so hard I could use it to evacuate a building in 2.5 seconds.
regular 3D environment, but honestly allot of things just don't make since without textures. People keep thinking that this is going to be 2.5-D its NOT. true it s inspired by something 2d which makes it hard to transfer some concepts to 3D, but i think i can make a 3D level that feels like sonic
You can make all those boards floaters that simply intersect and overlap. Including those chamferered edges it'll be 8 polys / 12 verts per board: In an example of a 15x15 grid of boards, that comes to a total of 240 polys and 360 vertices: ... instead of 4349 polys and 3960 verts. Floaters will also be beneficial for UVs.
There are also problems with the shape of the lips in all of your heads so far. The corners of the lips are too sharp and they don't roll over and tuck correctly. Take a look at this example: https://www.anatomy4sculptors.com/anatomy/xlarge-Head-neck-Block-outs-145.jpg There's a lot more useful information on this site,…

If someone told me back in 2005, unreal engine would be free for indies one day and yet people would complain about it and compare it to unity, I wouldn't believe it. It happened... 2005...the year I was trying to figure out thief:deadly shadows editor, the strangest version of unreal engine 2.5...those were the days...
