@Pegabrony if you are a vector artist why are you concepting with hand drawn images? I used to think that to make concept art you HAD to draw out what you were considering but that is really not the case. Shift+drag the tool onto the document to keep the orientation constrained to an axis. However, I think you're not fully understanding how a Zbrush document works. It's not the same as a normal 3d scene. The orientation of the model in the document window doesn't matter. Try drawing out a symmetrical model at a skewed angle… -

Are you by chance running Photoshop or SUITE as Admin? In Windows you cannot drag and drop files from a process that is running with lesser privileges into a process that has elevated privileges, so explorer.exe (desktop, task bar, file browser) won't be able to drag into something running as admin because explorer.exe… -
