That's the new Wacom menu associated with that new round button on the black 21ux. It's set by default to photoshop shortcuts, but it's kinda useless really. -

Plastic is not a metal so the specular should be low, generally anything that is not a metal is about .25 or lower. The plastic on the Wacom that you circled is a dark diffuse, a dark spec, and a bright almost white gloss. -

Have you disabled the Windows tablet drivers? They tend to conflict with Wacom's a lot. I had a similar issue where it would randomly restart my driver process or just plain crash it. -

Since you're modeling with a wacom, why not use the radial menu? I set up mine with the shortcuts I need most often in 3ds max and it works like a charm. :thumbup: Cheers!
