Design based on a Wiley Post Pressure Suit used in high altitude flights in the 1930s. My goal was to create a low poly character, roughly around 60k tris Artsation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Rng4YX
Sorry there haven't been any updates in a while, been on holiday and what not ^^ Currently working on modelling the Boxing Ring, Looking at references from the films as well as looking up 1970 boxing rings.
I have "Modern Practical Masonry" from: http://www.donhead.com/ Note: Modern is late 1920's, when it was originally published. I bought it for the details on geometry. Have your compass handy.
what's the deal with these 1980's style green screenshots - is this how you advertise a product in 2015 or am I missing something or could we post more infomative cat pictures instead?
Congrats, man. (I met the wife in 1984, married in 1990. Still together and closer than ever!). I wish you nothing but the best - and hope you have a long and happy relationship.

GE-U25B is from 1959, the tf2 train is from is from 1972. Admittedly my photoshop skills are relatively poor though, so at the moment dirtying up the texture is beyond me. (which may be what makes it stick out?)
After checking out http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=80005 I couldn't keep myself from changing the topology on my hacker. Changed her features as well. She went from about 1600 tris to 1750.
Some interesting photos in there; there are some beautiful examples of Neoclassical and Art Deco architecture downtown worth photographing, such as Smith Tower (1914), Seattle Tower (1929), Exchange Building (1930), Seattle Asian Art Museum (1933), to name a couple.
