@Scotty_Did_Does Honestly it does depend how close you will get to these NPC's when they fire their weapons. In most cases a sound and muzzle flash will do the trick unless you have some kind of freecam mode. It depends how detailed you want to take it! :)
What? Even the review of the newest GoT season in the new york times said the same as i did, that its all talk. On the other hand, the NyT had a positive review for this show, the Following, which is excellent. Get off your high horse, LOL
I thought I read somewhere that you were looking for fold critiques O_O Overall, the amount of detail you gave him seems to be just some sort of NPC. Try and ask yourself all sorts of questions to pull out different designs.
How did you added the intpreter in vs code? Hey Polycount! I made some of the enemies and NPCs for Borderlands, along with a bunch of smaller props! I'm really excited to show my work off. Though I am only showin' the sculpts off for the characters, I also modeled and textured these assets as well.
HL is another example of the benefits of having a silent protagonist It's easy to do interactive scenes when the players character is never really needed for anything because all the important characters moving the story are NPCs Edit: was just elaborating on warrens point not trying to repeat :P
will try this out... Thanks Xenobond, and no rush in making the proper server since there are things that I am still trying to learn.....For example Inviting the NPCs to work for you. =\ I would wait atleast atleast a week or two before I expect many servers to be up.
true enough what you say about the characters. the hero will need a certain polycount for cutscenes but the basic enemies if we go god of war style are usually pretty small (npc's in cutscenes being the exception) thank you guys! your feedback is most apprecuated :)
Musashi Online needs a 2D texture artist for their squad-based stealth-action multiplayer game, "Kenzou Ninpoucho: Dark Avenger". Responsibilites include texturing player, NPC, and environment models as well as some UV mapping. If interested, contact me. My e-mail addy is in my profile.

Is not a simple decal texture as the shape seems to be interactively deformed by the passage of the player and…
