First question... does the actual color on the diffuse map extend beyond the area of the alpha? If not, then I'd lay odds that's your problem. -

try the zoom extend button while in vertex mode and grab it and just move it closer wash rinse repeat till it is in place. -

Hey @mikaelsantiago99 your wip is looking really good so far The only real things i see that can be improved upon are the cloth pieces, the bottom part is a bit to loose and the top two can be extended or even flattened a little -
