EDIT I solved the problem. Draw Mode is still in Blender. I don't remember what I did to make it appear. Draw mode only appears once certain conditions are met. If I attempt to bake normals in blender the outcome is all 1 flat colour in the UVs, I've tested this on the default cube(sculpting it high poly) and get the same result. What am I missing?

i remember in Maya you could select a vertex and pressing the arrow key, the selection moves to the next vertex either by pressing up, left, right, or down. Is there a way you can cycle through selecting vertices like this in Blender?
