roof and clock model were both split up and also assigned polylimits for the single slots already. BUT they are not added to the workshop so far. (may happen next week)
Looks really good! The only thing that stands out immediately is there is a pretty obvious lightmap seam in the tunnel under the clock. Are you planning to post any wireframes or textures?
On Fable: The Journey, we had a few materials clocking as high as 300 instructions. Ultimately the instruction count is not that important, it's how you're using what you have.

Been a while.. Here's my Lowpoly with basic color masks and no specular/gloss map, so it looks uniformly shiny for now. Ddo next. The model clocks in at ~6,000 tris.
