im stuck with the damn face topo again, need to have a lowpoly model for a sidescroller but also the model needs just enough details for ingame cutscenes. can anybody help?
It's all automated. I used Painter only to paint material masks and for the face for now. I may use some particle magic towards the end for a final wear and tear pass.
Everyone is killing it! So I was working on this and my tablet pen spontaneously exploded (<-- exaggerated for dramatic effect)... So now I'm stuck at this stage till the replacement arrives *sad face*
you really have to work on the face, he looks super young but has this gigantic beard just did check the concept, it does look as if this is a boy doing a cosplay of said concept

I've never been good at topology, edge loops, poly flow etc. So I'm trying to get practice by making a face Any feedback on my edgeloops etc. would be much appreciated
