I think you've got the colors and transitions really good. But what about sub surface occlusion? Specifically the nose is a real problem for me. [EDIT]What about using the blur tool in ps to selectively blur your normal maps so you can reduce the sss on the bridge of the nose? Or even just masking back in 'hard' normals… -

I tried fixing the ratio over all and add some "hip-bone" (when i'm looking at 2d study from me i relize i forgot his hip lol) . Looks pretty good. The painted metal is your best material. The trim is the weakest. Is the trim painted metal or brushed metal? If its brushed metal you want to tone down the brush marks and move them mostly to the specular map. PS: Your images are too big, 1920x1080 is about as big as you want to go unless you have… -

I'snt it possible since Handplane exists ? (or xNormal since itcan do the same) Modo can bake object space for some time doesn't it ? What's new here then ? That UE4 is synced with something we have access to? PS: Also Modo can now bake tangent space normal maps for game engines - probably not synced with UE but still it… -

I've also encountered with this same issue, but I got used to fiddling with the "colorize" button under the polypaint tab everytime time this happens. Also, polypaint in general doesn't seem to work properly with ZBrush's 3D layers, like in PS or Mudbox... and AFAIK there's no proper way to erase the polypaint/material… -
