PolyHertz, I tested your script and it seems to not leave behind the final non overlapping uv shell in many cases. So for instance if I have 4 identical overlapping uv shells instead of leaving the 4th and final shell for baking in 0-1 space it moves it with the other 3 shells to "1-2" space.
When I was really young I was bit in the balls by a spider (like 3 years old) and my genitals swelled up. Also around 10 I jumped off the top of our stairs, landed leaning back on like the 4th one from the ground, looked at my arm, and it was bend 270 degrees at the elbow.
Very good points there! I'll probably add a 1/4th curved corner sofa in the corner by the stair just like you said. About the handrail, yeah, I was a bit sceptical to it as well. I think I'll either add 2 more rails, or remove it. I will be back later with a revised concept. Thanks for the help! :)
fucking awesome!! i saw this just recently.. last year grad's 4th row, second anim from the left The Baloon http://www.rsad.edu/portfolio/ca.php first one's also pretty cool, on the first row check it out also for those who may not know this retired polycounter.. animation master magarnigal http://mmellor.com/
Like the elf in the chair! Really makes me wish I didn't suck when it came to fleshing things out, and fleshing them out quickly. I also dig what you were doing with that quick environment on the 4th. Are you more comfortable with environments than you are characters? Don't see a lot of them here.
Absolutely. Also i've been told that a single8 bit image cannot be compressed by the graphics card, so while your grayscale spec map is 1/2 the size of your rgb map, compressed that rgb map is 1/4th the size. Thus actually being MORE expensive to use grayscale spec on its own.
schamalamading dong! i think the belley button is too low, a quick head check puts the belley button about 3/4th a head below where it should be. the reason i noticed it is because it seemed odd to have the belley button no located in that cranny between the bottom two abdominal segments
@kartozhechka All fun concepts! Definitely keep posting these :) cleaning up some assets today from one of our past interns. Here's one: Original drawing is by Colin Searle (btw, he's now 4th year at Sheridan. Super kid! Consider him for work when he graduates!)
Hey, I modeled a gun exactly like this. It's the Beretta right? My advice is, be careful not to make it too "boxy". Remember, a gun has hidden crevices and ounces of roundness to it from the sides. Don't just model from the side view but also consider the front, top, bottom and 3/4th as well.
Hey guys here is the WIP on my custom Commander Shepard! If anyone knows a way I could try to contact Bioware (being a fourteen year old) and try to get this into the 4th Mass Effect game? (if I do proper re-topo and textures when its done) WIP Without Textures
