Here's my level 32 Dunmer Dual Wielding Light Armor Archer. I've crafted a full Dragonscale set, a Daedra Bow and two Daedra Maces, all of which are upgraded to Legendary and double enchanted with Grand Soul Gems.
I havent checked actually, but I can check later. Running a pretty horrible computer at home, 9800GTX and 3gb RAM, 32-bit, but its still pretty smooth, so I would guess around 40 fps :]
Actually and unfortunatily the death toll in madeira is up to 48 right now and 32 still missing. In the aftermath there will be a lot of things to blame, the most important being bad urban planning, but I don't think global warming will be one of them.
aaahh ok that's pretty stupid of them ;) . i'll just run the 32 bit version then, thanks! tekmatic: no i don't need normal maps, just need to be able to import/export the .dds files. LoL is a diffuse only game :) .
good start I'd echo what the others have said and also add look at scale issues, that door seems too short an squat. Most doors are usually either 30" or 32" wide and the heights are usually 80". (in the US)
Tried it at home too (Windows XP, 32-bit, Firefox 2.0.0.11), same result - it shows the "play" icon in the image but when I click it, it just centres my mouse in the primary monitor and switches app from Firefox to... nothing.
@Rivfader You could try to export as an .obj with "Bitflag Smooth Groups" enabled, and see if Max understands them (apparently Max uses exactly 32 smoothing groups as a maximum amount): P.S. Probably wise to uncheck the regular "Smooth Groups", if using the Bitflag one.
Check to see if your UV lightmaps are snapped to pixels the same size as your lightmaps size in udk. For example, default is 32. This will help reduce the lightmap bleeding. This is a video about it, has a lot of good info [ame] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntx10JMl9f4[/ame]
Lol true enough. You guys are way more acclimated to this stuff than I am. Our first year living here we had 3' of snow in two days. That's more snow than I've seen in my previous 32 years combined.
I wouldn't paint on a super low subdiv if there is a huge difference between it and the highpoly, but if the difference is negligible, then you probably won't see any difference. And yeah, that's what a 32 but displacement is for, accuracy. That said I prefer 16 bit for rendering, there are trade offs both ways.
