It's not for me and I suspect many fans of the videogames will most likely complain it's not to their liking either, but it'll probably be a good family film to go see and kids will eat it up like it's the best thing ever. Also seeing Jim Carrey being his goofy self again brought a huge smile to my face. -

£850 comes down to about 20~25 well-paid hours, so I think it's definitely within the realm of the possible if you're asking for the exclusive usage rights (i.e. he can't sell it to anyone else) for the model. I mean, it better be the best damn hamster you've ever seen in a videogame, but it's possible. -

have any of you taken a recent trip to a videogame store? my god, the pc section keeps getting smaller and smaller. at my local eb they have two shelfs on some cabinet with the entire thing consisting of everquest 2 practically. i remember when half the store was pc games and they came in jewel cases and it was a nickel… -

They mention Nobel Prize as an example of award, so I doubt DW qualifies. Plus most videogame and film awards tend to be given to a studio as a collective, or an effects house, where the top brass usually takes credit anyway, which is the nature of the business.
